Episode 15: Impulse Control & Emotion Regulation

Pnemonia. It wasn’t CV-19, the flu, mono, or strep. I’ve been so sick with pnemonia in my right lung. WHAT?

I am on the mend and feeling a bit better everyday. Thank you to all of those who checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I guess I sounded worse than I initially thought on last weeks episode ha!

I am still on the ADHD train and will be for the next few episodes. We’re going to start breaking down each of our executive functions and how they play out if you have ADHD. Today I’m talking about impulse control & emotion regulation. I also hit how gender plays a huge role in how our executive functions work. I hope you enjoy a less raspy version of my voice this week!
